Our Manufacturing Process

Water Processing & Filling

1. Sourcing: Water sourced from a well (125ft below ground level)
2. Disinfection: Water is chlorinated with calcium hyppochlorite which eliminates all bacteria.
3. Filtration: Removes sediment and cleans raw water.
   
4. Carbon Filtration: Utilises a carbon filter to remove chlorine.
5. Softeners: Removes the hardness from the water with a Twin Alternating Softener.
6. Remove Solids: Employs Reverse Osmosis to remove dissolved solids & salts.
7. Ozone Disinfection: Preserves water by killing bacterioa with Ozonation.
8. Bottling: Pre-packed bottles are packed onto a conveyor belt where the bottles are rinsed, filled, capped, labeled, dated and packaged into the relevant packages.
9. Warehousing & Distribution.
