Customer Registration

How do I start registering for the service?

Customers may easily begin registration for the service by contacting the sales department at Once registration has been approved, an email response will be received indicating "Your customer account registration is now pending approval by Blue Waters. You will receive an email once your account has been reviewed". Once approved you will receive your Account Registration details with your Customer ID and Business Phone Number to log on.

What if I am not approved?

If a customer account is declined, an email message is received and you may feel free to contact the sales department for further details.

Managing Your Account

If you decide to create an account, you can manage your account online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After you receive your first delivery, you can manage your account online, where you can view your orders and invoices, modify your upcoming deliveries, and add other great products like our popular On-The-Go sizes, sparkling water, or even sparkling water! It's a great time-saver!

Customer Log In

How do I log on?

Log on to to enter your Account Registration details (Customer ID and Business Phone Number). Once entered, you will receive an email response indicating "Congratulations! You have been approved to order Blue Waters Products online". Enter your username and password where you will be redirected to the Products section to start your first purchase!

How do I unlock My Account?

If an account is locked due to 5 unsuccessful password attempts, customers may send an email to to resume their service.

What if I have forgotten my Password?

If you have forgotten your password, choose the Retrieve Password selection located on the top right hand corner next to your email address. Within the Reset Password section enter your email address and an email response is automatically sent with your new Password.

How do I Change my Password?

To change your password, click on the My HomePage on the top right of the page. Under Account Options, select Change My Password. Enter the required details and click confirm. A message will be received stating that your password was successfully changed.

Making A Purchase

How do I make a purchase?

To make a purchase click on the Products Tab then select from the list of options under the Products menu. Once your chosen product has been selected choose add to cart. To review items in your cart hover your mouse over "My Cart" on the top right corner of the page.

How do I check out?

To check out click on the checkout button on the drop down that is displayed for My Cart on the checkout page. Enter the relevant info under Shipping and Billing Details. Insert your credit card number with expiry date and select whether you would like to have your order automatically Repeat Order Weekly or Repeat Order Monthly. Click Continue and your purchase is completed!

Can I modify the order once it has been placed?

Once an order has been placed no changes can be made online. Please contact providing our agents with your information.

How do I cancel once the order has been placed?

To cancel your order placed online please contact providing our agents with your information.

I am paying with Customer Credit but nearing my credit limit. What should I do?

How do our delivery program work?

When we receive your order, we'll call you to confirm your order and schedule your first delivery. Then, if you have selected to have a recurring order, based on your selected frequency, we'll delivery and pick up any empty bottles and replace them with new ones. And you can always manage your deliveries and account online 24/7 or by calling customer service.

Receiving Your First Delivery

You are only required to be home to receive a delivery if we are arriving to set up or pick up a water dispenser at your home. Otherwise, you do not need to be at home to receive regular deliveries; you can simply leave your empty water bottles at a pre-arranged location and we will replace them with your new delivery.

Can I separate deliveries to more than one address?

Currently there is only one delivery/shipping address that can be selected for delivery.
